Readers

Reading at Mass is a privilege rooted in our faith. It involves proclaiming the sacred Word of God to the gathered community, sharing the timeless wisdom of the Bible. It is a role that connects you deeply with the liturgy and the congregation.

Readers are named on a rota at the specific church of their choice. You can offer to read at Sunday Mass or during the week.

We provide full training for new readers, along with the opportunity to attend an annual day of reflection with others involved in this ministry.
