The Friendship Group

The Friendship Group is a wonderful way to connect with others in the parish who share your faith. It is about more than just Sunday Mass; it is about building real friendships in a relaxed, enjoyable setting.

We organise plenty of social gatherings, including meetings in the Medway, coffee in the park, meals out, and theatre trips. We make a point of celebrating each other’s birthdays and coming together to host a memorable Christmas party for the senior members of the Billingham community.

Giving back is also a huge part of what we do. Recently, for example, we ran a fundraising coffee morning for Macmillan Cancer Support. Working together on these goals gives us a chance to make a positive impact while deepening our own sense of community.

It is a supportive, compassionate group, and a great way to enrich your life in the parish.
