Supporting CAFOD in Our Community

Our local group is dedicated to raising vital funds for CAFOD (Catholic Agency for Overseas Development). Through regular meet-ups and special annual events, we come together to support communities in need across the world.

Upcoming Event: St. Patrick's Day Party

For our major fundraising event of 2026, we are hosting a lively St. Patrick's Day celebration. Join us for a fantastic evening of music and dancing!

• Entertainment: Jig the night away with the fabulous "Blind Stag."

• Date:  Friday, 20 March 2026.

• Time: 18:30 – 23:00.

• Location: Synthonia Suites, Belasis Ave, Stockton-on-Tees (Billingham TS23 1LH).

• Tickets: £8.00 Adult | £4.00 Child.

Our Activities & Impact

Beyond our annual major event—which in the past has included race nights and music evenings—we host friendly coffee mornings every other month. These gatherings typically raise between £100 and £187 each time and are a great way to catch up with neighbours.

All proceeds go directly to the CAFOD General Fund. This is crucial because it gives CAFOD the flexibility to direct money exactly where it is needed most at any given time.
